A great paint job requires three things... the best materials, meticulous surface preparation, and craftsmanship. REI provides these.
    It's obvious that flaking paint, dirt, and chalking must be addressed before a repaint. What may not be known is that most of the time fungus must also be killed/removed for a durable and attractive paint job. If fungus is painted over it will continue to grow and causing blistering and discoloration. Thus exterior painting complements our pressure washing. We only use top quality products when painting that are applicable to the task. We prefer Sherwin Williams products but will use other premium products as well if the customer prefers. If you desire to use lower level products we will most likely ask you to find another contractor. Upgrading from a standard paint to a premium will add little to the cost of the overall job.

        Steve began painting in 1978 to pay his tuition at the University of Maryland. Never really enjoying interior painting he gravitated to  the more physically challenging exterior work. Today Roman is following in his footsteps.
